A fitness class for adults. Bring back and maintain your mobility. Bring back and maintain your strength and power. We will improve strength and real-world physical competence through skill-based training and practical functional fitness: lifting, carrying, throwing, catching, crawling, ground work, jumping, running, balance, and more.

We will train both indoors and outdoors (outdoors when weather permits). We will aim to help you maintain an active adult life, playing with your kids and grandkids, playing with your pets, helping yourself and others in emergencies, being capable of athletics, sports, and outdoor activities, and meeting the wide and varied fitness demands of life. 

Wear fitness clothes that do not impair mobility; bring a towel and water.

“Michael Gold is an awesome trainer. His workouts are designed to improve all elements of fitness: coordination, strength, stamina, mobility, just to name a few. Back in college I did a year of CrossFit and later on went through weight lifting programs with trainers at my gym. Michael has definitely been #1 when it came to proper form and joint/ligament strengthening. I trained with Michael for about 7 months and I saw huge improvements in my endurance and fitness. I felt better overall and even had some surprising benefits. I now effortlessly make baskets when throwing paper into my garbage bin, whereas, before working with Michael, I would always miss.
